What devices support AI Rewrite?

AI Rewrite requires an iPhone 15 Pro or newer with Apple Intelligence enabled. This includes iPhone 15 Pro, iPhone 15 Pro Max, and all iPhone 16 models. iPad support requires M-series chips.

Why do I see a setup screen instead of the app?

AI Rewrite uses Apple Intelligence for text processing. If you see a setup screen, you need to enable Apple Intelligence in your device settings:

1. Open Settings on your device
2. Tap on "Apple Intelligence & Siri"
3. Enable Apple Intelligence
4. Wait for the AI models to download
5. Return to AI Rewrite

Is my text private?

Yes! All text processing happens entirely on your device using Apple Intelligence. Your words never leave your phone. We cannot read your text, and neither can anyone else.

How do I use the Share Extension?

You can improve text from any app:

1. Select text in any app (Safari, Notes, Mail, etc.)
2. Tap the Share button
3. Choose "Improve with AI Rewrite"
4. AI Rewrite will open with your text ready to improve

What's included in the free version?

Free users get 10 text improvements per day, access to all 6 tones, full history, and complete privacy protection. The limit resets every day at midnight.

What does AI Rewrite Pro include?

Pro subscribers get unlimited rewrites, support for longer texts (up to 10,000 characters), advanced tone options, and priority processing.

How do I restore my subscription?

If you've previously subscribed and need to restore:

1. Open AI Rewrite
2. Go to Settings
3. Tap on "AI Rewrite Pro"
4. Tap "Restore Purchases"

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed through Apple:

1. Open the Settings app on your device
2. Tap your name at the top
3. Tap "Subscriptions"
4. Find AI Rewrite and tap it
5. Tap "Cancel Subscription"

How do I delete my account?

You can permanently delete your account and all associated data directly in the app:

1. Open AI Rewrite
2. Go to Settings
3. In the Account section, tap "Delete Account"
4. Confirm your decision in the dialog

This will permanently remove your Apple ID association and all your writing history. This action cannot be undone.
