By downloading, installing, or using AI Rewrite ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

AI Rewrite is an AI-powered writing assistant that helps users improve and compose text. The App uses Apple Intelligence for on-device text processing.

3. Requirements

• iPhone 15 Pro or newer, or iPad with M-series chip
• iOS 26.0 or later
• Apple Intelligence enabled on your device

4. User Accounts

Some features of the App require signing in with Apple ID. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

• AI Rewrite offers optional paid subscriptions (AI Rewrite Pro)
• Subscriptions are billed monthly or yearly through your Apple ID account
• Payment will be charged to your App Store account at confirmation of purchase
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings

6. Free Tier Limitations

The free version of AI Rewrite includes a daily limit of 10 text improvements. This limit resets at midnight local time each day.

7. User Content

• You retain ownership of all text you input into the App
• All text processing occurs locally on your device
• We do not access, store, or transmit your text content
• You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use any text you input

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the App to:

• Generate content that is illegal, harmful, or violates others' rights
• Attempt to circumvent usage limits or security features
• Reverse engineer or decompile the App
• Use the App for any commercial purpose without authorization

9. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by AI Rewrite and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that:

• The App will meet your specific requirements
• The App will be uninterrupted or error-free
• AI-generated suggestions will be accurate or appropriate for your use case

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI Rewrite shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the App.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

13. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
