This data is accessed only when you explicitly click the export buttons in the extension popup.

User-Controlled Export: Data is only exported to files that you choose to download to your device

Permissions Explained

The extension requires the following permissions:

activeTab: To access WhatsApp Web when you activate the extension
downloads: To save exported contact files to your device
scripting: To interact with WhatsApp Web's interface
https://web.whatsapp.com/*: To work only on WhatsApp Web (no access to other websites)

Third-Party Libraries

This extension uses WPPConnect (wppconnect-wa.js), an open-source library licensed under Apache License 2.0. This library is used solely for local interaction with WhatsApp Web and does not transmit data externally.
