Terms of Use

Clean Up is free to download and use. Clean Up Pro is an optional purchase sold by Apple.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends, and you can cancel
anytime in your Apple Account settings. You review every deletion before it happens, and deleted photos stay in
the Photos app's Recently Deleted album for about 30 days.
1. Agreement
These Terms of Use ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Hossam Hamouda ("the developer") for the iOS app
Clean Up: Photo Cleaner ("Clean Up" or "the app"). By downloading or using the app you agree to these Terms.
Where these Terms are silent, Apple's
Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies.
Apple is not a party to these Terms and is not responsible for the app or its content.
2. License
The developer grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to install and use Clean Up on Apple devices
that you own or control, as permitted by the App Store terms. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, resell or
redistribute the app, or use it in any unlawful way.
3. Clean Up Pro: plans, trial and billing
Clean Up Pro unlocks unlimited cleanup (removing the free limit of 20 deletions). It is offered as:
- Yearly auto-renewable subscription — US$29.99 per year, with a 3-day free trial for new subscribers.
- Weekly auto-renewable subscription — US$4.99 per week.
- Lifetime — US$49.99, a one-time purchase that does not renew.
Prices are shown in your local currency in the app and may vary by country. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at
confirmation of purchase. The free trial converts to a paid yearly subscription unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the
trial ends; any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription. Subscriptions renew automatically
for the same period and price unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
4. Cancellation, restore and refunds
You can manage or cancel a subscription anytime on your iPhone in Settings → your name → Subscriptions,
or from Clean Up → Settings → Manage Subscription. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep Pro until the end of the period
already paid. To restore a purchase on a new device, open Clean Up → Settings → Restore Purchases.
Purchases are sold and refunded by Apple under Apple's policies; request a refund at
reportaproblem.apple.com.
5. Free version
Scanning, reviewing, Memories, Insights and the Library browser are free. The free version lets you delete up to
20 items in total; further deletions require Clean Up Pro. The developer may change what is included in the free version
in future updates.
6. Your photos and your responsibility
Clean Up suggests what may be safe to delete; you decide. Nothing is deleted until you confirm, and
deletions are performed by Apple's Photos system, which moves items to the Recently Deleted album for about
30 days. Detection of duplicates, similar shots, blurry or low-quality photos is automatic and can make mistakes, so
review your selection before deleting and keep a backup of photos you care about. You are responsible for the content of
your library and for the choices you confirm.
7. Privacy
All analysis happens on your device and your photos are never uploaded. Purchases are processed by Apple and the developer
never sees your billing details. See the Privacy Policy.
8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of
merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the developer
is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any loss of photos or data, arising from the use of
the app. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for Clean Up Pro in the 12 months before the claim.
9. Changes to these terms
The developer may update these Terms when the app or the law changes. The current version is always available at
hossamhamouda.com/cleanup/terms, with the effective date above.
Continued use of the app after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection
rights you have in your country of residence.
