How do I restore my purchase?
Open the parent area (answer the grown-up question), go to Hafsa Plus and tap Restore Purchases. Use the same Apple Account you bought with. Family Sharing members get Hafsa Plus automatically, and Restore also works for them.
How do I cancel my subscription?
On iPhone or iPad: Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions → Hafsa Plus → Cancel Subscription. You can also open the App Store, tap your picture, then Subscriptions. Cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. You keep Plus until the end of the paid period.
How do I ask for a refund?
Apple handles all payments and refunds. Go to reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in, and choose Hafsa.
What is free and what needs Hafsa Plus?
Free: Counting, Numbers, Adding and Shapes in full, 3 free questions a day in every other topic, one daily practice round, one profile, the placement check and number tracing. Hafsa Plus unlocks everything else. Choose monthly, yearly or lifetime.
Using the app
What is the grown-up question (parental gate)?
Before purchases, sharing, settings and links, Hafsa asks an adult multiplication question, for example 14 × 6 = 84. The question changes every time. This keeps children from buying or leaving the app by accident.
How do I change the language?
Each child profile has its own language, Arabic or English (Parent area → Profiles). During a question, tap the ع / EN button to switch at once. You can also choose Arabic digits ١٢٣ or 123.
Olly doesn't speak Arabic, or the voice sounds wrong
Olly uses the voices built into iOS. Go to Settings → Accessibility → Spoken Content → Voices → Arabic and download a voice. Then restart Hafsa.
Does Hafsa need the internet?
No. Everything works offline, including lessons, worksheets and reports.
How many children can use it?
One profile in the free version, up to 5 with Hafsa Plus.
How does tutor mode work?
The tutor builds an assignment (topics, level, number of questions) and gets a short code. The parent enters the code in the parent area, and the assignment appears for the child. When it's done, the parent can share a results picture with the tutor.
How do I print a worksheet?
Parent area → Worksheets → choose a child → Share. Then print with AirPrint or save it as a PDF.
Can I limit screen time?
Yes. Set a daily limit (10, 15, 20 or 30 minutes) in the parent area. When time is up, Olly takes a rest. Calm mode reduces sounds and animations.
Will progress move to a new device?
Yes. With iCloud backup on (the default) the children's progress comes back on any iPhone or iPad signed into the same Apple ID. Hafsa Plus comes back with Restore Purchases.
Privacy
Is my child's data safe?
Hafsa collects no data. It has no ads, no analytics and no accounts. Read the Privacy Policy.
