1. Agreement

These terms are between you and Hossam Hamouda ("we"). By using Hafsa you agree to them and to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement. If the two differ, Apple's EULA applies.

2. Who may use Hafsa

Hafsa is made for children aged 5 to 8, used with a parent or guardian. A parent or guardian must manage purchases, sharing and settings, which are behind a parental gate. You may use the app for personal, family and educational use.

3. Free version and Hafsa Plus

The free version includes Counting, Numbers, Adding and Shapes in full, 3 free questions a day in every other topic, one daily practice round, one child profile, the placement check and number tracing. Hafsa Plus unlocks all topics and features described in the app and on the App Store page.

4. Subscriptions (auto-renewing)

• Hafsa Plus Monthly: 1-month subscription.
• Hafsa Plus Yearly: 1-year subscription.
• Hafsa Plus Lifetime: a one-time purchase, not a subscription. It does not renew.
• The price and period are shown in the app before you buy, in your local currency.
• Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase.
• A subscription renews automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period, at the current price.
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple Account settings after purchase (iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions). Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
• When you cancel, you keep Hafsa Plus until the end of the period you paid for.
• Refunds are handled by Apple under Apple's policies: reportaproblem.apple.com.
• Family Sharing is on: members of your Apple Family Sharing group can use Hafsa Plus.
• Use "Restore Purchases" in the app to get Hafsa Plus back on a new device with the same Apple Account.

5. Learning content

Hafsa helps children practice math. It does not replace teachers, schools or professional advice. The placement check, gap report and Mistake Detective give learning tips. They are not a diagnosis.

6. Acceptable use

Please don't copy, resell, reverse-engineer or misuse the app, except where the law allows it.

7. Ownership

The app, its characters (including Olly the owl), text, pictures and sounds belong to Hossam Hamouda or its licensors. Fonts are used under the SIL Open Font License.

8. Changes to the app and these terms

We may improve, change or remove features. If we change these terms, we will update this page and the date above. Continuing to use the app means you accept the updated terms.

9. Liability

The app is provided "as is", as described in Apple's EULA, to the extent the law allows. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under local consumer law.

10. Governing law

These terms follow the applicable laws, except where your local consumer law gives you more protection.
