على iPhone و iPad تحكم استخدامَ التطبيق اتفاقيةُ الترخيص القياسية من Apple. التطبيق مجاني، والنسخة المميزة اشتراك اختياري يتجدد تلقائياً ما لم تُلغيه قبل 24 ساعة على الأقل من نهاية الفترة. التوقعات تقديرية، وليست نصيحة طبية ولا وسيلة لمنع الحمل.
1. الاتفاق
هذه الشروط اتفاق بينك وبين مطوّر تطبيق «حاسبة الدورة الشهرية - حاسبتي» (Period Calculator)، حسام حمودة (ويُشار إليه بـ«نحن»). باستخدامك التطبيق توافقين على هذه الشروط وعلى سياسة الخصوصية. إذا لم توافقي عليها فلا تستخدمي التطبيق.
إذا حصلتِ على التطبيق من متجر آخر مثل Google Play، نمنحك ترخيصاً شخصياً وغير حصري وغير قابل للتحويل لاستخدامه على أجهزتك لأغراض شخصية غير تجارية، وفقاً لشروط ذلك المتجر.
3. ليس نصيحة طبية ولا وسيلة لمنع الحمل
التوقعات في التطبيق — موعد الدورة، والتبويض، والأيام الخصبة، وأيام الدورة المتوقعة في رمضان أو المناسبات، وموعد الولادة — تقديرات حسابية مبنية على متوسط ما تسجّلينه، والدورة تختلف من شهر لآخر.
التطبيق ليس جهازاً طبياً، ولا يشخّص أو يعالج أي حالة، ولا يغني عن استشارة الطبيبة.
لا تستخدميه وسيلةً لمنع الحمل ولا للاعتماد عليه في حدوث الحمل.
في الأحكام الشرعية المتعلقة بالصيام والعبادات، ارجعي إلى أهل العلم.
4. النسخة المميزة والاشتراكات
التطبيق مجاني. النسخة المميزة اشتراك اختياري يفتح: مخطط رمضان وعدّاد القضاء، ومخطط الحج والمناسبات، وتوقعات لسنة كاملة، ونصيحة اليوم وأعراضك المتوقعة، وأنماط الأعراض والرسم البياني، وتصدير البيانات.

الأسعار أعلاه بالريال السعودي، وقد يختلف السعر والعملة في بلدك. يظهر السعر الفعلي في التطبيق والمتجر قبل الشراء.
يُخصم المبلغ من حسابك في Apple أو Google عند تأكيد الشراء.
التجديد تلقائي: يتجدد الاشتراك بنفس المدة ما لم تُلغي التجديد التلقائي قبل 24 ساعة على الأقل من نهاية الفترة الحالية، ويُخصم التجديد خلال الـ 24 ساعة السابقة لنهايتها.
يسري الإلغاء في نهاية الفترة المدفوعة الحالية وتبقى المزايا حتى ذلك الحين. حذف التطبيق لا يلغي الاشتراك.
الاسترداد تتولاه Apple أو Google وفق سياساتهما، ولا نستطيع إجراءه بأنفسنا. على iPhone: reportaproblem.apple.com.
لاستعادة اشتراكك على هاتف جديد: الإعدادات ← «استعادة المشتريات»، بنفس حساب المتجر.
قد نغيّر الأسعار أو المزايا مستقبلاً؛ أي تغيير في سعر اشتراك قائم يتم وفق قواعد Apple و Google، بما فيها إشعارك وموافقتك متى لزم ذلك.
5. بياناتك
كل ما تسجّلينه في التطبيق — بيانات دورتك وصحتك وصيامك ومناسباتك — محفوظ على هاتفك فقط (انظري سياسة الخصوصية)، ولا نملك نسخة منه. ولا يرسل إلينا التطبيق إلا خطوات استخدام مجهولة يمكنكِ إيقافها (سياسة الخصوصية، القسم 4). أنتِ مسؤولة عن الاحتفاظ بنسخة احتياطية من هاتفك. إذا حُذف التطبيق أو فُقد الهاتف دون نسخة احتياطية، أو نُسي رمز القفل، فلا يمكننا استعادة البيانات.
6. الاستخدام المقبول
توافقين على عدم استخدام التطبيق بما يخالف القانون، وعلى عدم محاولة تعطيله أو الهندسة العكسية له أو التحايل على حماية الاشتراكات فيه، إلا في الحدود التي يسمح بها القانون.
7. الملكية الفكرية
التطبيق وتصميمه ونصوصه وأيقونته مملوكة لنا أو مرخّصة لنا. لا تنقل هذه الشروط إليك أي ملكية، باستثناء الترخيص المذكور أعلاه.
8. إخلاء المسؤولية عن الضمانات
يُقدَّم التطبيق «كما هو» و«حسب توفره»، دون أي ضمانات صريحة أو ضمنية، بما فيها ضمانات الدقة أو الملاءمة لغرض معيّن، إلى أقصى حد يسمح به القانون.
9. حدود المسؤولية
إلى أقصى حد يسمح به القانون، لا نتحمل المسؤولية عن أي أضرار غير مباشرة أو عرضية أو تبعية، ولا عن أي قرار صحي، أو حمل غير مخطط له، أو فقدان للبيانات، ينتج عن استخدام التطبيق أو الاعتماد على توقعاته. وفي جميع الأحوال لا تتجاوز مسؤوليتنا الإجمالية ما دفعتِه مقابل التطبيق خلال الاثني عشر شهراً السابقة للمطالبة. لا شيء في هذه الشروط يحدّ من حقوقك التي لا يجوز التنازل عنها بموجب قوانين حماية المستهلك.
10. التغييرات على هذه الشروط
قد نحدّث هذه الشروط من وقت لآخر. سننشر النسخة الجديدة في هذه الصفحة مع تاريخ سريان جديد، ونوضّح التغييرات الجوهرية المتعلقة بالمزايا المدفوعة في ملاحظات تحديث التطبيق.
11. القانون الحاكم
تخضع هذه الشروط للقوانين المعمول بها في مكان إقامة المطوّر، مع مراعاة قواعد حماية المستهلك الإلزامية في بلد إقامتك.
On iPhone and iPad, Apple's Standard EULA governs your use of the app. The app is free; Premium is an optional subscription that renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends. Predictions are estimates — not medical advice and not contraception.
1. Agreement
These terms are an agreement between you and Hossam Hamouda (“we”, “us”), the developer of the app “Period Calculator” (حاسبة الدورة الشهرية - حاسبتي). By using the app you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
2. License on iPhone and iPad
If you downloaded the app from the App Store, your license to use it is governed by Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA). The terms below add app-specific points and do not reduce your rights under that agreement. Apple is not responsible for the app, its content or its support.
If you got the app from another store such as Google Play, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it on your devices for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to that store's terms.
3. Not medical advice, not contraception
The app's predictions — next period, ovulation, fertile days, period days expected in Ramadan or during events, and due date — are mathematical estimates based on the average of what you record, and cycles vary from month to month.
The app is not a medical device. It does not diagnose or treat any condition and does not replace your doctor.
Do not use it as a method of contraception, or rely on it to get pregnant.
For religious rulings about fasting and worship, ask a qualified scholar.
4. Premium and subscriptions
The app is free. Premium is an optional subscription that unlocks: the Ramadan planner and missed-fast (qada) counter, the Hajj & events planner, a 12-month forecast, the daily tip and expected symptoms, symptom patterns and chart, and data export.

Prices above are in Saudi riyals; the price and currency in your country may differ. The actual price is shown in the app and the store before you buy.
Payment is charged to your Apple or Google account when you confirm the purchase.
Auto-renewal: the subscription renews for the same period unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within the 24 hours before the period ends.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period; you keep Premium until then. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies; we cannot issue them ourselves. On iPhone: reportaproblem.apple.com.
To restore Premium on a new phone: Settings → “Restore purchases”, with the same store account.
We may change prices or features in the future; any price change to an existing subscription follows Apple's and Google's rules, including notifying you and asking for your consent where required.
5. Your data
Everything you record in the app — your cycle, health, fasting and planner data — is stored only on your phone (see the Privacy Policy) and we have no copy of it. The app sends us only anonymous usage steps, which you can turn off (Privacy Policy, section 4). You are responsible for keeping a backup of your phone. If the app is deleted, the phone is lost without a backup, or the PIN is forgotten, we cannot recover your data.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the app unlawfully, and not to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or circumvent its subscription protections, except as the law allows.
7. Intellectual property
The app, its design, text and icon are owned by or licensed to us. These terms give you no ownership rights, only the license described above.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
The app is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied — including accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose — to the maximum extent permitted by law.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any health decision, unplanned pregnancy or data loss resulting from using the app or relying on its predictions. In any case, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer-protection laws that cannot be waived.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will post the new version on this page with a new effective date, and explain material changes affecting paid features in the app's update notes.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable at the developer's place of residence, subject to the mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence.
